Opal Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Opal. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional service. Please take a moment to review our non-refund and return policy.

Non-Refundable Items:

All purchases made through Opal are considered final after 7 days from the date of delivery. We do not offer refunds or returns for products once this period has passed.

Return Requests Within 7 Days:

If you wish to request a return or exchange within the initial 7-day period, please contact us directly for a one-on-one consultation. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shopopal.pr@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to us.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
